Pesto Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g penne pasta
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 jar green pesto sauce
  • kalamata olives
  • rocket

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cut tomatoes into halves and julienne the onion.
  3. Rinse pasta with cold water once it is done. Mix in the pesto sauce.
  4. Mix all the ingredients into a big salad and enjoy.
