Method
- Rinse the beans well and let all the water drip.
- Prepare coffee by mixing boiling water and coffee granules. No need to let it cool down.
- Mix all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, or use a stick mixer like I do.
- Spread the mixture into a bread form covered with baking parchment.
- Let it set and cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until you are able to cut it. We cut is as we go along and eat it.
