Pesto Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g penne pasta
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 jar green pesto sauce
  • kalamata olives
  • rocket

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
  • While pasta is cooking, cut tomatoes into halves and julienne the onion.
  • Rinse pasta with cold water once it is done. Mix in the pesto sauce.
  • Mix all the ingredients into a big salad and enjoy.
