Easy Filled Peppers


  • 400 g minced beef or chicken
  • 3 red, yellow or green bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning (or according to taste)
  • 200-300 ml grated cheese (1 cup)


  • Wash and cut the peppers in halves. Remove the seeds.
  • Fry the mince and spice it with the taco mix.
  • Fill the peppers with the mince and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Cook in the oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
