Easy Filled Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g minced beef or chicken
  • 3 red, yellow or green bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning (or according to taste)
  • 200-300 ml grated cheese (1 cup)

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut the peppers in halves. Remove the seeds.
  2. Fry the mince and spice it with the taco mix.
  3. Fill the peppers with the mince and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Cook in the oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
