Itse miell\u00e4n granolan sellaisena rapeana hieman makeana sekoituksena, jossa on rouskuvia &#8220;kokkareita&#8221; ja myslin taas sellaisena hiutaletyyppisen\u00e4 aamupalana. Oli miten oli &#8211; jogurttia, granolaa ja p\u00e4\u00e4lle viel\u00e4 marjoja tai&nbsp;hedelmi\u00e4 \u2013 helppoa ja terveellist\u00e4!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yleens\u00e4 granola miellet\u00e4\u00e4n terveellisen\u00e4 aamupalana. Kaupassa saa kuitenkin olla tarkkana millaista granolaa ostaa. Usein niihin on laitettu paljonkin sokeria antamaan makua ja milloin mit\u00e4kin rasvaa tuomaan rapeutta. Sokerittomat ja rasvattomat myslit ovat usein, omasta mielest\u00e4ni, aika mauttomia ja koostumukseltaan kuivahkoja \u2013 sellaisia hiutaleseoksia, joiden seassa on muutama rusina ja p\u00e4hkin\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terveellisisempi\u00e4 \u201cluxusmyslej\u00e4\u201d ja granoloita toki l\u00f6ytyy, mutta ne ovat usein kalliita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granola kannattaakin siis tehd\u00e4 itse! Se on helppoa ja t\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavoin saat sekoitettua siihen juuri ne ainekset, jotka itse haluat. Saat tuunattua siit\u00e4 gluteenittoman, vehn\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n, p\u00e4hkin\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n, sokerittoman jne. Saat siit\u00e4 maistuvaa muutamalla mausteella ja paahtaminen tekee siit\u00e4 rapean. Itse myslin tekoon menee 10 minuuttia,&nbsp;paahtamiseen reilu puolituntia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4n granolan pohjana ovat kaurahiutaleet ja leseet. Olen itse suosinut viime aikoina viljoista kauraa, joten kaurahiutaleiden lis\u00e4ksi olen laittanut granolaan kauraleseit\u00e4. Siemenet ovat edullisempi vaihtoehto kalliille p\u00e4hkin\u00f6ille. Olenkin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4nyt suhteessa enemm\u00e4n siemeni\u00e4, ja lis\u00e4nnyt herkkupaloiksi kohtuullisemmin p\u00e4hkin\u00f6it\u00e4. Niidenkin suhteen voit p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 itse. Voit k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 mit\u00e4 tahansa p\u00e4hkin\u00f6it\u00e4 tai p\u00e4hkin\u00e4sekoitusta. Itse k\u00e4yt\u00e4n useimmiten juuri sekoitusta tai sitten ihan vain manteleita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makeutta tuomaan olen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4nyt hunajaa, muitakin makeutusaineita voi toki k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4. Paahtamisen j\u00e4lkeen&nbsp;olen viel\u00e4 lis\u00e4nnyt kuivahedelmi\u00e4. Omat suosikkini hedelmist\u00e4 ovat taatelit ja viikunat. Rusinat ja aprikoosit sopivat my\u00f6s mainiosti. Kokeile my\u00f6s banaani- tai kookoslastuja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 ohje on sellainen perusohje, jota voi muunnella omien makutottumuksien&nbsp;ja saatavilla olevien ainesten mukaan. Jos olet kanelin yst\u00e4v\u00e4, niin lis\u00e4\u00e4 sit\u00e4 mausteeksi noin teelusikallinen kanelia kuivien aineiden sekaan ennen nesteen lis\u00e4\u00e4mist\u00e4. Kanelin kanssa maistuu aina omena.
