Itse rakastan hapankaalia ja teen sen useimmiten itse. Hapankaali ei ole ainoastaan hyv\u00e4\u00e4. Se pursuaa terveellisi\u00e4 maitohappobakteereja, joilla on lukuisia my\u00f6nteisi\u00e4 vaikutuksia suolistoomme ja kehoomme.<!--more--> Kun pilkotun kaalin annetaan fermentoitua omassa mehussaan huoneen l\u00e4mm\u00f6ss\u00e4 3-10 p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4, syntyy maukas ja raikkaan hapokas lisuke ruokaan kuin ruokaan.<\/p>\n<p>Olen vuosikaudet tehnyt omaa hapankaalia, sill\u00e4 se on tosi helppoa.
