Mietin, ett\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4kaapissa on ihan pakko olla minullekin sopivaa h\u00e4t\u00e4varaherkkua, kun sit\u00e4 eniten tarvitsen. Muistin, ett\u00e4 olin s\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4nyt K-Ruoka ruokalehden, jossa oli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k-ruoka.fi\/reseptit\/mustapapufudge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mustapapufudgen ohje<\/a>. Etsin sen k\u00e4siini, testasin resepti\u00e4 ja olin ihan koukussa.<\/p>\n<p>Olen tehnyt t\u00e4t\u00e4 fudgea l\u00e4hes viikottain ja kehitellyt siit\u00e4 omanlaiseni version. Alkuper\u00e4isess\u00e4 versiossa k\u00e4ytettiin makeutuksena vaahterasiirappia, mutta itse rakastan taateleita ja niiden kinuskista makeutta ja halusinkin makeuttaa n\u00e4m\u00e4 fudget taateleilla. Jossain vaiheessa sain idean laittaa sekaan pikakahvijauhetta. Ajattelin, ett\u00e4 kahvi saattaisi sopia maustamaan t\u00e4t\u00e4 suklaista fudgea. Oikeassahan min\u00e4 olin ja niin kahvi sai j\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4. Olen hionut reseptist\u00e4 itselleni sopivan makean. Se ei siis ole kovin makea &#8211; suussasulavan suklainen kuitenkin.<\/p>\n<p>Vaikea uskoa, ett\u00e4 pavuista ja vain 6 aineksesta saa jotain n\u00e4in hyv\u00e4\u00e4 aikaan! On my\u00f6s vaikea uskoa ja maistaa, ett\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4raaka-aineena on k\u00e4ytetty papuja. Taateleiden, kaakaon ja kahvin makuyhdistelm\u00e4 on aivan super ja koostumus ihanan samettinen. Saat fudgesta varmasti viel\u00e4kin samettisempaa tehokkaalla blenderill\u00e4. Itsell\u00e4ni ei sellaista ole ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4n t\u00e4h\u00e4n sauvasekoitinta.<\/p>\n<p>Ja miksi teen t\u00e4t\u00e4 niin usein? No, minulle t\u00e4m\u00e4 on sellainen hyv\u00e4n omantunnon herkku. Terveellist\u00e4 suorastaan! Kaipaan my\u00f6s usein <em>jotain hyv\u00e4\u00e4<\/em>, ja silloin on hyv\u00e4 olla jotain <em>terveellist\u00e4 hyv\u00e4\u00e4<\/em> nopeasti saatavilla. T\u00e4m\u00e4 papufudge maistuu my\u00f6s kaikille muille perheenj\u00e4senille ja herkku hupenee j\u00e4\u00e4kaapista yleens\u00e4 muutamassa p\u00e4iv\u00e4ss\u00e4, vaikka sit\u00e4 s\u00e4\u00e4steli\u00e4\u00e4sti yritet\u00e4\u00e4n sy\u00f6d\u00e4kin. Alkuper\u00e4inen ohje olikin puolet t\u00e4st\u00e4 annoksesta, mutta \u00e4kki\u00e4 huomasin, ett\u00e4 eih\u00e4n se riit\u00e4 meill\u00e4 mihink\u00e4\u00e4n.<\/p>\n<p>Fudge menee ihan sellaisenaan, mutta omasta mielest\u00e4ni se maistuu parhaimmalta iltap\u00e4iv\u00e4n kahvikupillisen kanssa. Otan s\u00e4\u00e4steli\u00e4\u00e4sti muutaman palan .. ja sitten muutaman palan lis\u00e4\u00e4 ja sitten .. ja niin se siit\u00e4 hupenee ihan omin avuinkin.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4st\u00e4 voi siis helposti tehd\u00e4 vain puolikkaan annoksen, puolitat vain kaikki ainekset. T\u00e4m\u00e4n reseptin koko satsi mahtuu hyvin leip\u00e4vuokaan ja siit\u00e4 tulee reilun parin sentin paksuisia paloja.
